Our accounting and bookkeeping services are preformed by experienced accounting personnel. We can agree on fixed price for bookkeeping and accounting services and we sign a service agreement before we start.

We ensure that the Danish Accounting Act is being followed. 

Our accounting and bookkeeping services includes:

• Bookkeeping using our own bookkeeping system or clients system.
• Monthly or quarterly reporting. 
• Payment of vendors etc. using Netbanking based on approval procedures to be agreed with client.

• Monthly or quarterly VAT reporting
• Quarterly meeting (could be teleconference) with client to discuss procedures and quality
• Prepare and file statutory reports and communication with local Danish auditor
• Prepare and file tax return
